Aspen Grove is located on the scenic
Alpine Loop in Provo Canyon, approximately one hour's drive from Salt Lake City
and 20 minutes from Prove/Brigham Young University.

By Car: From Salt Lake City,
drive south on I-15; turn left at the first Orem exit, 800 North (also marked
as the exit to Sundance); drive east on Utah Highway 52 to the mouth of Provo
Canyon; proceed toward Heber City on U.S. 189 for approximately seven miles;
turn left at the Sundance/Aspen Grove turnoff, and continue on the Alpine Loop
road five miles further. Aspen Grove is 2.5 miles past Sundance.

Registration:
The
cost for conference registration is $75. The full conference registration
includes all conference sessions, breaks, breakfast on Friday and Saturday,
lunch on Friday and Saturday, and dinner on Thursday evening.
There
will be a reservation at Sundance Resort on Friday evening for those who want
to have dinner there.

Lodging:
Conference participants have the option
of staying in the Aspen Grove Conference Center or in Provo, UT.
Aspen Grove
The conference will be held at Aspen
Grove. Accommodation at the site
might be the easiest option for those with limited transportation.
The
regular room at Aspen Grove has a maximum occupancy of three individuals at $87
per night. Please note that these
rooms have no televisions in them. The conference has one complete floor with a central lounge/fireplace
area dedicated to Gebser participants only. The individual rooms surround this lounge, which will offer
an informal gathering point for meeting and socializing.
There
are larger rooms available. Please
contact Aspen Grove if you need a larger room.

Aspen
Grove is located 20 minutes driving time from Provo, UT. There are a number of lodging options
available for those wanting to stay in Provo. The Gebser Conference has a conference rate of $89.00 with Courtyard®
by Marriott® Provo. The
Courtyard by Marriott also provides a free shuttle service to BYU (but not to
Aspen Grove).

Please be aware that there will be a BYU football game (vs.
San Diego State) on Saturday, Oct. 9 at 4:00pm. Traffic in Provo can get a bit congested around the

Facility Standards:
As part of the
Brigham Young University system, Aspen Grove Conference Center has a conduct
code. All guests will be asked to abide by the standards of
The Church of
Jesus Christ of
Latter-day Saints. This includes high standards of moral
character, honesty,
respect for personal and property rights, obeying the
law, dietary laws of
abstaining from alcoholic beverages, tobacco, tea and
coffee, no drug abuse,
living the law of chastity, and high standards of
taste and decency. The
management reserves the right to evict any guest
for unacceptable behavior or destruction of property.
There will be areas designated for smoking.
